AAH!! I just got back from the park w/ my kiddo, and I love the cool air and the wind just swirling about me! It reminds me that in about a month I will be at TRF!! I can't wait and am really looking forward to it!! It truly has been too too long!!  I can't wait for the smell of roasting turkey legs and music of folklore. So Yeah!!!!!!  I shall see you all there I hope!!!!!!!!!

Dont  let the obstacle get in the way of the opportunity..

Okay it's been awhile since i've blogged anything.... but I just read this and loved it....short but striking!

 Can you get the expectant attitude of faith? Not waiting for the next bad thing to befall you but awaiting like with a child's joyful trust for the next good in store? 

 then this thought came.....Expect, Expect only what is good.. because sometimes my mind fails me...  and sometimes my heart.... for it looses strength. .sapped like a plant in the heat of life... but then beyond in the heavens my maker,  my Father with kindness, strength,  with richness love reaches down and fills my feeble heart once again. And like a wave of hope and rest over me... I feel i have peace wash over me and I feel alive again- to give, to dream to persevere. And I can see a clearer, sunny day ahead. The good that is in store for me.

So I thought i'd share this... So Keep believing and dreaming ..... always laughing and loving with all that is with in you!! Peace!!

I'ts been almost a week exactly and I am finally puttng the last coat of condition on my freshly cleaned boots after this muddy celebration... .and I have a few moments to finally write my first blog.... I've never been to Scarby the last day so this was a first.  (I can't believe I didn't fall on my bum anytime throughout the day!!) haha ..... now that would have been hilarious!! The day was such a BLAST ..mud and all!!  The people were still in the spirit of merriment, the atmosphere was pleasant and light ... the rain took nothing away from the day but added more amusement. Many were surfing in a mudslide! What FUN!! And gentlemen were escorting ladies so they would not fall in the slosh.  I actually managed somehow to not really get drenched.... we hid underneath the kind vendors shops! and well......I wanted the day to last forever! I was especially was glad to see my lord viking Redbeard... my darling you looked fabuloso in your trekky gear! thanks for informing me about the last day.. i would have worn my princess Leia!   It was very good to be upon your presence.
